Terms and Conditions

Technical needs: 
Im very flexible with performance space as long as the audience can sit comfortable either sitting on the floor or in chairs directly in front of me. I only need a flat surface to set my stuff up.  Also the area needs to be well lit (if nighttime or indoors) and out of direct sunlight. Indoors is always preferred as it’s easier to control the elements.

Outdoor events:  Extreme heat or cold, strong winds, and heavy precipitation can all make an outdoor performance difficult or impractical. Best practice is to have an alternate indoor venue available if rain is likely. If you must cancel due to inclement weather or other force majeure, I will make a good faith effort to find a mutually agreeable make-up date. If the show can not be made up, payment will still be due.

Parking: I only require one parking space near the venue as i have a bit of equipment to bring inside.

Payment:  Payment will be due the day of the event, after the show is over. I accept cash, check, credit card, PayPal, and Venmo.

Cancellation:  If you need to cancel less than 10 days before the performance, there will be a $100 cancellation fee.  If you cancel within 24 hours of the performance, payment will be required in full.

Recordings and photos:  You may take all the vids and photos you’d like!  

Chaperones: (this applies to childrens’ shows): I require a reasonable number of adults in the performance  area DURING the show relative to the amount of children attending.  For example a teacher per class of students or a counselor per unit of campers or several parents for a birthday party show.  Additionally all children under 4 years old MUST be accompanied by an adult!
